  Pizza Hut has gone down hill since I was a kid it seems. I usually avoid here because they are expensive. They were offering a 2-topping large for $9.99 pickup so I took the bait along with my free birthday breadsticks.
  
  Pickup said 15-20 minutes and since it was a Saturday afternoon close to dinner I gave them about 20 minutes.
  
  Now I live in Spenard, which is known for the sketchiness, crime and odd characters. I know this. I've somewhat accepted this buuuuut....
  
  This Pizza Hut is attached to Holiday and there's always some shady characters lingering. I stopped into Holiday first to get a soda and dessert as it's cheaper before walking to the PH side. PH was also sold out of all their desserts anyway.
  
  There was all sorts of people lingering by the entrance that made me uncomfortable. They were watching me. One lady hovered around my car and had been following me from the gas station to PH and even stood in front of my car and stared st me when I went to leave. Clearly most were addicts and there was a guy passed out a few steps from the door. Greaaaat. Thank god it was daylight.
  
  I enter and it's sweltering in the shop. No one was at the counter to help. I called for someone a few times and even rang their bell. After about 10min I did get a gals attention in the back and she sent a guy up front to help me. He was friendly enough.
  
  I got my pizza and went home.
  
  It had definitely been sitting there awhile. It was probably done quickly after I ordered, but the site said a 15-20 minute wait. By time I arrived and received assistance it had probably been sitting there not under a heat lamp or in anything to preserve the freshness for 20-30min now.
  
  Tasteless. Floppy crust. Congealed cheese. Very sparse toppings for a large pizza. Over cooked breadsticks that no amount of marinara sauce could revive.
  
  Nah. I'll stick to another chain if I want cheap pizza again or go to a local place and pay for the guaranteed deliciousness.

  I placed an order at 1pm via the mobile app for it to be delivered at 6pm. The delivery driver comes more than 2 hours before the food is needed and takes it back and said that they will tell the store manager about the mistake and have the food redelivered. Come 6:20pm no food. I contacted the pizza hut store and was told that the food would be remade and delivered. Come 8pm still no food. I get the number to file a complaint and I did. I told the person they lost a loyal customer and that I have never had this bad of a service from any restaurant. This pizza hut store doesn't even deserve one star. The shittiest service I have ever received. Domino's and Papa John's here is your chance to get a customer.

  It's Pizza Hut!
  You know what you are going to get, nothing fancy and nothing FANTASTIC but 50% off online  pizza orders happen quite often so it's REALLY cheap.
  Delivery is always fast and the staff here is always really friendly.
  The pizza is never undercooked and it arrives hot and fresh.
  Nothing bad to say about this spot.

  If I Could Rate Them A Zero I Would. . . Beyond Pissed.
  Placed My Online Order N Received Confirmation At 5:50pm My Order Was Successful. After An Hour Of Waiting My Order Was Finally Delivered, Only 4 It Not To Be Mine. Called The Driver Back, He Came 2 Pick It Up N Be Back Wit My Correct Order. After 30 Min Of Waiting, I Called Them 2 Check On The Status, Only 2 Be Hung Up On 5 Times. I Used My Nieces Phone (After Dey Wouldn't Answer My Calls) 2 Call Them Back 2 Get Answers As I Was Pissed, And He Explained That They're A Call Center And Can't Tell Me The Order Status. I Told Him WTF Would U Jus Not Tell  Me Dat In Da First Place. Never Did He Apologize, All He Did Was Give Me Excuses. 2 Hours Later N I'm Still Waiting On My Food SMH. #KidsStarving #Fuming #LostALongTimeCustomer #NeverAgain

  The pizza was smashed on delivery and when I called to complain there was no answer. The official website has the wrong number for this place. I called the next day and they said since it's almost been 24 hours that they can't verify my order. I messaged corporate and they promised to have the store call me within three days. It's been a week now and no one has taken accountability of the poor quality of their goods.
